Don Doerner Insurance Agency's text messaging program is used to send messages related to insurance quotes and follow-ups, policy servicing and renewal reminders, appointment reminders, claims-related updates, and responses to customer service inquiries you initiate. We do not send marketing messages to numbers collected for servicing purposes without separate consent, and we do not use this program to send unsolicited advertising.

Consent is never a condition of purchase. You can obtain a quote, buy a policy, or receive service from Don Doerner Insurance Agency whether or not you opt in to text messages.
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us, for example, an active quote request or open claim may generate more messages than a standard policy on file. There is no fixed number of messages you will receive each month.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Don Doerner Insurance Agency does not charge for messages sent through this program, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.
You can cancel text messages at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us, or to (541) 461-6904. After you send the opt-out message, we will send you a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from this program. If you would like to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time or contact us directly and we will re-enroll you manually.

Our text messaging program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery that are outside of our control, including carrier network issues, device settings, or filtering by your carrier or device.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, meaning your phone number and the fact that you agreed to receive texts from us, will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
